This paper continues the work already presented in Truth and Meaning in personal life, through personal autobiographical testimonials and some clinical sketches, of two kinds: those that show elements of psychosexual development in males who experience attraction towards the same sex (SSA); and those of others who, with no disturbances in their male identity, experience fixations or some kind of alienation with respect to the true meaning of their persons and sexual lives. Cure, care and service appear as requisites for an inter-personal therapeutic relationship, which follows the human being towards the irreducible and specific personal dimension, intrinsically joined to the greatness of his sexuality.
