The main notes that distinguish religious experiences, according to Reinach’s works, and that clearly emerge from them are: their intentional structure, their affective nature, and their cognitive character. All of these characteristics are tightly bound in such a way that it is impossible talking of one of them without entailing the others. In this paper I introduce their classes, characteristics and difficulties that surround these kinds of experiences. In doing this, we also shape a phenomenological analysis in the fashion of Adolf Reinach’s phenomenology.
