The Crónica general de la Guerra civil (1937) was published by Maria Teresa León and Federico Miñana; it offers in 65 chronicles a view of the first
year of the Spanish War written by a number of republican intellectuals. These texts usually provide information on episodes of the war, but reflections, nostalgic evocations, panegyrics or notes about culture too.
