Abstract

Digital learning platforms are being increasingly used by?Universities. Nowadays, almost every single University in Spain has?E-campuses to be used by  professors and the universities promote their use.?This process is more and more common as those platforms are thought to?be playing a very important role in the pedagogical renewal process?that the European Higher Education Area is trying to implement. This?article exposes in a practical way how those platforms can be used to?teach Law subjects. The article is based on the author’s experience?using the MOODLE platform, one of the best-known platforms?internationally. The article explores the undeniable advantages that?these digital tools provide for Universities but, at the same time,?points out some of the drawbacks or problems of their use.
