Abstract

From 1999 to 2010, a series of university reforms have been carried out in Italy. Our claim is to look at those that have occurred within the scope of the faculties of Jurisprudence. There have been several new degrees that have been created and receive the names of Triennial Degree in Legal Sciences, Specialization Degree in Jurisprudence, Master Degree in Jurisprudence. There are also other degrees of legal profiles. Likewise, this article examines different quality rankings of the Italian universities, in which the Universities of Bologna, Milan, Trento and Rome La Sapienza have appeared in the leading places, according to one or the other.
