Study of a confrontational and group method for its application to the Degree in Law teaching

Abstract

This research work tries to inquire about the advantages and disadvantages of applying a teaching method based on group learning and the confrontation, for its defense, of the ideas and arguments applicable to a certain factual assumption. The current state of the matter is briefly exposed in it, to then advance in the methodological delimitation of the teaching activity to be developed. Although supervised at all times by the teacher, an open learning process is proposed - without excessive pre-established forms -, self-training - autonomous and active - and collaborative - where own and other people's knowledge interrelate -, in which different phases and modes of action. Finally, the results obtained are analyzed in order to extract the conclusions that are of interest.
