About the Journal

The Revista Jurídica de Investigación e Innovación Educativa (REJIE Nueva Época) is a scientific journal of open access and biannual periodicity, which aims to publish academic works, both national and international, in two distinct lines: on the one hand, the analysis and reflection on the teaching-learning of legal disciplines in Higher Education, and, on the other hand, substantive research in any field of law, especially those more innovative legal research that are occurring in the development of doctoral theses and final works of university studies

Founded in 2010 as an open access electronic journal edited by eumed.net, in January 2018 the journal starts a new stage with its incorporation to the Open Journal System (OJS) and to the UMA editorial, publishing in PDF and HTML format (previous contents are also available in the UMA journal portal). In this new stage the journal adopts the name of Revista Jurídica de Investigación e Innovación Educativa (REJIE Nueva Época), with a new structure composed of three sections:: Innovation and teaching methodologies; Substantive research, and Reviews.
