Book review of The Child in the City, originally published in English (1977, 1990) and translated into Spanish for the first time in 2024 in two editions: Katakrak —including the photographs from the 1977 version— and Pepitas de Calabaza —without images, following the author’s 1990 revision—. The book had previously circulated in Spain through publications associated with anti-capitalist participatory urbanism.
