Twelve taxa of marine algae from the eastern coast of Spain (Castello?n, Valencia andAlicante) are listed, with references to their habitat and phonological aspects. Anti- thasnion antillanos y Pseudocrouania ischiana are news records for the Spanish mediterranean coast.
