Análise comparativa dos componentes da aptidão motora em equipes femininas de críquete: um estudo de jogadoras nacionais e do BKSP em Bangladesh

Resumo

Objetivo. Este estudo teve como objetivo comparar os componentes da aptidão motora entre a seleção nacional feminina de críquete e a seleção feminina de críquete de Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP), duas entidades-chave no campo do críquete feminino em Bangladesh. Métodos. Os sujeitos deste estudo foram escolhidos aleatoriamente de um grupo de trinta (30) jogadoras de críquete de nível nacional do Acampamento Nacional e trinta (30) jogadoras de críquete do BKSP. Vários componentes da aptidão motora, incluindo velocidade, agilidade, força abdominal e força de braços e ombros, foram avaliados por meio de testes de aptidão padronizados. Os jogadores escolhidos tinham entre 17 e 25 anos. Eles têm entre 4 e 13 anos de idade de treinamento no momento da coleta de dados e estão habituados a práticas sob supervisão de treinadores qualificados. Para análise estatística, média, DP e teste t independente foram medidos usando o software SPSS. O nível de significância foi fixado em 0,05. Resultados. As descobertas revelaram disparidades significativas nos componentes da aptidão motora entre as duas equipes. Em particular, a seleção nacional feminina de críquete exibiu desempenho superior em termos de velocidade, agilidade e força nos braços e ombros em comparação com a seleção feminina de críquete do BKSP, onde o valor t calculado foi significativo em 58 df a um nível de 0,05. No entanto, não foram observadas diferenças significativas na força abdominal entre as duas equipes, uma vez que o valor t calculado não foi significativo em 58 df no nível 0,05. Conclusão. A análise comparativa destaca os pontos fortes distintos e as áreas de melhoria na Seleção Nacional Feminina de Críquete e na Seleção Feminina de Críquete do BKSP. Os resultados deste estudo poderão informar programas e estratégias de treino específicos concebidos para otimizar os componentes específicos da aptidão motora de cada equipa, melhorando, em última análise, o seu desempenho global e competitividade a nível nacional e internacional.
