Abstract

The sports industry, specifically the sports services sector, is immersed in a major transformation as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The forced paralysis of its activity derived from the declaration of the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis (Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14) was a turning point in the provision of sports services, specifically in activities directed with musical support, which were developed for several months in an online format through different technological platforms. Currently, with the progressive return to normality, sports facilities are recovering their activity as it was conceived, but the presence of technology is still evident and many organizations continue to offer a service model in which they combine face-to-face activities with virtual ones.
