Abstract

La electrofisiología es un conjunto de técnicas que permiten cuantificar la actividad biológica total de proteínas situadas en las membranas celulares y/o en los espacios entre ellas, en forma de parámetros eléctricos obtenidos en tejidos/epitelios analizados ex vivo: epitelio opercular, intestino anterior, intestino posterior, etc.
