Abstract

Chaotic dynamics is not exclusive to large, complicated systems with many variables and laws, it can also appear in simple flasks with microbes governed by a simple equation. The existence of non-linear
relationships between the variables, a very common property in biological systems, it can drive them into chaos as soon as the flow of energy through them increases. Don't be scared, today we will teach you
to recognize this type of behavior and to look for it with the help of R.
