On the identity of Scrophularia schousboei Lange

ABSTRACT: Comparative study of plant morphology and life cycle of both Srophularia schousboei Lange and S. sublyrata Brot. shows that the first taxon was described by Lange using young plants of S. sublyrata Brot. So, only S. sublyrata is recognized and S. schousboei must be included in synonymy.
