Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo, V. coronata f. pumila (L.) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo y V. dentata f. rimosa (Bastard) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo. Igualmente se efectúa la combinación V. multidentata var. oscensis (Fanlo) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo.

SUMMARY. Taxonomic notes on the genus Valerianella Mill. (Valerianaceae) for Flora Iberica. On the base of experimental studies which have showed that Valerianella coronata and V. pumila are nothing but two morphotypes of the same species, which mainly differ in carpological characters, in this paper the hypothesis considered is that the same occurs in the case of V. locusta-V. carinata and V. dentata-V. rimosa, pairs of very similar species and with relative differences, specially to the more and less development of the lobules of the fruit and/or development of their walls. Consequently, the following combinations are proposed: V. locusta f. carinata (Loisel.) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo, V. coronata f. pumila (L.) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo y V. dentata f. rimosa (Bastard) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo. Likewise the combination V. multidentata var. oscensis (Fanlo) Devesa, J. López & R. Gonzalo is presented.
