Effects of Stretching during Warm-Up on Motor Performance: a Protocol for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis

Antes de iniciar qualquer atividade física é comum fazer um aquecimento. No entanto, ainda há controvérsias sobre os efeitos da inclusão do alongamento, assim como o tipo de alongamento mais indicado de acordo com a atividade que será praticada posteriormente. O objetivo do artigo é estabelecer um protocolo de revisão sistemática para analisar os efeitos da inclusão de diferentes técnicas de alongamento durante o aquecimento no desempenho físico. Serão analisadas as diferentes qualidades físicas básicas (força, resistência, velocidade, flexibilidade) e de coordenação (coordenação, equilíbrio, agilidade). Para isso, será realizada uma revisão sistemática analisando oito bases de dados eletrônicas (Web of Science™ (todas as bases de dados), Scopus, SPORTDiscus with Full Text, Pub-Med, CINAHL, Cochrane Library Plus, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global™ e WorldCat). , além de realizar uma fase de busca complementar (snowballing). Após isso, será realizada uma meta-análise, onde cada estudo selecionado será codificado (características do estudo, características dos participantes, características da intervenção, resultados da intervenção) usando um código ad hoc estabelecido pelo grupo de pesquisa e previamente testado em uma amostra de estudos no início da revisão. Para garantir a qualidade metodológica da revisão sistemática, bem como sua precisão e transparência, serão seguidos o protocolo PRISMA-P e o Manual Cochrane para revisões sistemáticas.
