Atividade física como tratamento para dor lombar crônica crônica não específica: uma revisão sistemática.

Resumo

A dor lombar (DL) é uma das incapacidades que mais afeta a população adulta (70%) atualmente. Atualmente, tem-se dado demasiada importância aos fatores biomecânicos e sua preocupação com eles, como manter uma correta higiene postural, sem se atentar para outros fatores como o contexto ambiental da pessoa e as condições econômicas. Neste trabalho de revisão, procurou-se revisar exaustivamente as causas, tratamento e reabilitação da dor crônica inespecífica na região lombar, que corresponde precisamente a 85% dos casos de dor lombar. As bases de dados utilizadas para busca de informações foram Scopus, Sportdiscus, Pubmed e diferentes revistas de alto impacto de acordo com a Web of Science. A evidência atual sugere que deve ser avaliada e tratada a partir de uma abordagem mais inclusiva como o modelo biopsicossocial, realizado por uma equipa multidisciplinar, onde o paciente faz parte ativa do processo de reabilitação, no qual será tão importante avaliar os diferentes fatores que causaram seu aparecimento e tratamento, como sua prevenção.Por esta razão, este trabalho propõe uma intervenção baseada em um programa de exercícios físicos adaptado e individualizado às condições do sujeito, bem como uma intervenção educativa sobre as causas e evolução da referida deficiência, evitando gerar comportamentos cinesiofóbicos que desencadeiam comportamentos sedentários.
