María Alonso García

Bachelor in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Malaga and lecturer at the University of Cadiz in subjects within the area of Graphic Expression in Engineering, as well as in subjects related to Industrial Design projects.

After completing her doctoral thesis, titled "Dual Training in the University Setting Applied to Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development," she focused her research on two main areas: training in Industrial Design to meet business needs and the analysis and optimization of products in the early design phase through prototype testing with users. This involved studying the user-product relationship in terms of perception, usability, and user experience.

She has been employed at the University of Cadiz from the academic years 2014-2015 to 2022-2023. At the end of the latter academic year, she decided to move to the University of Malaga.
