Abstract

Leisure and tourism are booming economic activities that have increased notably in volume in recent years. By far, the coastal areas account for most of the tourism and leisure activity, and attract around 80% of world tourism, a figure that continues to rise. These activities cause an impact on the marine environment in coastal areas
