Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • El envío no ha sido publicado previamente ni se ha sometido a consideración por ninguna otra revista (o se ha proporcionado una explicación al respecto en los Comentarios al editor/a).
  • El archivo de envío está en formato OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF o WordPerfect.
  • Siempre que sea posible, se proporcionan direcciones URL para las referencias.
  • El texto tiene interlineado sencillo; 12 puntos de tamaño de fuente; se utiliza cursiva en lugar de subrayado (excepto en las direcciones URL); y todas las ilustraciones, figuras y tablas se encuentran colocadas en los lugares del texto apropiados, en vez de al final.
  • El texto se adhiere a los requisitos estilísticos y bibliográficos resumidos en las Directrices del autor/a, que aparecen en Acerca de la revista.

Author Guidelines

Format and Submission of Works

Submissions must conform to the presented formats:

  • Template for documents in WORD.
  • Template for documents written in LATEX.

Works that do not comply with the standards will be rejected upon receipt. Bibliographic references must adhere to the APA style (7th edition).

Authors will send two copies of their work:

  • One copy with the full name and affiliation of the authors as shown in the template.
  • A second “anonymous” copy, that is, without reference to the authors.

Both copies will be sent by email (postal receptions are not accepted) to the journal at the address: revistarecta@asepuma.org or to any of the journal’s editors.

Authors will retain the intellectual property of the works and will accept publication in the Rect@ journal under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), meaning copying and distribution of the work is allowed, provided the source is cited and it is for non-commercial purposes.

The data requested from the User through forms indicated with an asterisk (*) will be those strictly necessary to be able to provide the service or to be able to contact the User. In no case, the fact of not providing more data than what is strictly necessary will imply a reduction in the quality of the service.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided is true and is responsible for communicating any changes in them. The User will be solely responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that could be caused to UMA Editorial or to any third party, due to filling in the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data. In the event that the User includes personal data of third parties, he must, prior to its inclusion, inform them of the provisions of this privacy policy, being solely responsible for its inclusion.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
