Abstract

Through intuition, the abstract moves closer to the sensitive, and the presence of the object is directly appreciated. This confirms that something is working, acting, doing, being. The tangible result of the game of designing is the ultimate intervention of previously external objectives, even when the initial motivation for the process was intrinsic. This explains a designer’s capacity to make someone else’s project his or her own and to develop the ability to act and achieve brilliant solutions. A good designer tackles the outlined problem and turns it into his or her own problem.
