ABSTRACT
The Moral Appraisal of Voluntary Abortion is not only a sharp and complex bio-ethical problem, but also it has become in the last decades a scandal stone. For that reason I undertake his study with the main intention of set some order, tranquility and distinctness in discussion, independently of my own position, endorsed in any case by arguments. Anyway, it is beyond discussion that they happen to be cases of difficult resolution, even cases that offer themselves as dilemmas, open as such to moral pluralism. The legal questions and the required Out-Penality will be discussed at the end of the paper.
