RESUMEN
La muerte hospitalaria como forma moderna de morir presenta aspectos que favorecen la expropiación de la posibilidad más radical e irreferente: la muerte humana. La moderna tecnología médica y la organización hospitalaria pueden propiciar la soledad y la incomunicación del moribundo. Por ello estamos necesitados de una medicina con humanidad que haga a los profesionales de la salud coprotagonistas de una humanización de la muerte. El acompañamiento del moribundo puede ser ocasión de un profundo encuentro personal que a todos dignificque Asistencia y acompañamiento que nos lleva a considerar el tema de la eutanasia. "caso difícil" cuya evaluación se recorta en nuestra cultura sobre el binomio autonomía - teonomía.

ABSTRACT
Dying in hospital as the modern way of dying, shows aspects which encourage the loss of the right to the most radical and irreferent possibility: a humane death. Modern technical technology and hospital organization cam propitiate incommunication and loneliness for the dying person. That´s the reason why we are in nedd of humane medical care thath will make doctors and medical staff co-protagonists of a humane death. Acompanyng a dying person could also be the ideal occasion for a deep personal encounter which could dignity both. Medical assitance and family care, which leads on the consideration of the important matter of euthanasia. A difficult question whose evaluation in our culture just comes down to the binomy of autonomy - teonomy.
