Different ways of women enter in rural labour market in Malaga

This objective of this work is to study the particular way the women enter in rural labour market in Malaga. After observing the expressive growth their role has gone through last ten years, our attention concentrates on some essential elements as agrarian unemployment insurance as well as feminine management initiatives.
