Social Work in the Housing Sector: An Approach to Training and Research as Elements of Professional Qualification

Abstract

The present research deals with the analysis of training and research variables in the field of housing and the territory, and its relation with the professional practice of Social Work in this area of intervention. With this objective we have analyzed the degree and postgraduate curricula of Social Work of the Andalusian Universities, as well as the scientific articles published in the journals indexed in the area of knowledge of Social Work and Social Services. It presents a document that intends to be the basis for a reflection on how to qualify social workers who work (or intend to do) in this field of action.
