Resumo

La Comisión Europea negocia la Asociación Transatlántica de Comercio e Inversión con los representantes de los Estados Unidos de América. Se espera que este acuerdo de un impulso en materia de crecimiento económico y empleo a ambos lados del Atlántico al aumentar las posibilidades comerciales para las empresas. El proceso es muy controvertido aunque los negociadores aseguran la protección de intereses sociales y medioambientales.
