Chile in the Journalism of María Zambrano

Abstract

While María Zambrano was in Chile, she found in journalism a perfect way for reaching a broader audience by expressing her political ideas in a direct style. Articles in newspapers were published by the philosopher in solidarity with the Left wing of Chilean intellectuals and also in support of the Spaniard Republican party that, back home, was fighting to keep Fascists out of Spain.
