Crime and Law in the Transition from Abstract Law to Morality

A reading of the moment of transition between abstract law and morality in the Fundamental Lines of the philosophy of law is presented through a confrontation (Auseinandersetzung) with some aspects of Kantian practical philosophy based on the analysis of the concepts of person, crime, guilt and law.
