Análisis de la frecuencia cardíaca durante 16 partidos de competición oficial en tenis de mesa según el resultado final

Resumen

El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la respuesta de la frecuencia cardíaca (FC) y el índice de esfuerzo percibido (RPE) en un jugador de tenis de mesa antes y después de una competición oficial, considerando el resultado del partido (ganar o perder). Se midió la FC y el RPE a un jugador en un total de 16 partidos oficiales. Se observaron diferencias significativas en los valores PRE en comparación con el POST en la FC mínima (FC Min), FC media (FC Media) y FC máxima (FC Máx), debido a la fatiga generada por el partido. Por otro lado, se observaron diferencias en los valores POST en función del resultado en las variables FC Min y FC Máx, observándose valores menores en los partidos que se ganaron. Además, se observaron valores más bajos en la percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo muscular en los partidos ganados en comparación con las derrotas.
