This bibliographical article aims to offer an up-to-date (and representative) panorama of Translation Studies in Italian. We herein classify, according to their object of study, a series of works (books, collective monographs, etc.) that focus on the study of Translation and Interpreting from an Italian language-culture perspective or that, notwithstanding having been written by foreign authors, use Italian as the vehicular language of communication. The usefulness of this compilation is defined not so much on the total volume of works, but on the representativity of having at our disposal a classification divided by subjects (translation practice and theory, teaching methodologies, professional world, specialized fields of translation and interpreting, etc.) related to the complex world of Translation and Interpreting.
