Abstract

This paper studies how to achieve greater satisfaction in the teaching of the Theory and Philosophy of law within the European Space for Higher Education. The new scenario emerges as an assignment that becomes the interaction of students among themselves and with the professor. The teaching method proposed is cooperative and collaborative and makes use of information and communication techniques. It should be based on responsibility, for which flexible rules are needed and there is a double challenge to work in small groups. In parallel, training must be based on reflection and critical capacity; and the education received must be directly related to the purpose to be fulfilled in real life, transmitting the meaning of human rights and constitutional values, i.e; what is called the core of civic education.
