Abstract

The following pages offer a description of a proposal for educational innovation which consists of assaying two didactical strategies of the utmost importance in the framework of the new educational model promoted by EHEA, i.e. seminars and tutorials, in two academic disciplines interlinked by their historical essence: History of Law and Roman Law. In the former field of study, we will implement the seminar technique, whereas group tutorial learning will be piloted in Roman Law. Both methods are directed towards acquainting students with basic research activities by undertaking research work under the supervision of the teaching staff involved in the project.
