El sector textil en la zona del Alcoià. Un análisis fuzzy de eficiencia.

Abstract

In this paper we present some models to analyze the efficiency of a set of Decision Making Units, DMUs, and the ordination of them taking into account their level of efficiency. Typically, the data that are managed for the analysis are often affected of uncertainty that hardly support a random treatment. In this context models using fuzzy efficiency analysis, in particular Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis Models, are very useful. To illustrate, the proposed models are applied to the evaluation and classification of a group of textile companies in the areas of Alcoy, Cocentaina and Muro in Alicante.
