Affirmative Intention in Zubiri Noology

Zubiri develops a noology or theory of sentient intelligence, according to which intellection is made up of three moments that make up a single structure: primordial apprehension of reality, sentient logos and sentient reason. Given that the affirmation is the second of the two moments that structure the logos, the objective of this work is to unfold the understanding of what in this noology is understood by affirmation or affirmative intention, confronting it with the logical versions in use. What results is that empirical affirmation has its condition of possibility in the noergic act of affirmative intention, the essential moment of sentient logos.
