History, philosophy, life. Historicity and temporality in Nietzsche and Heidegger

The work explores possible sources of the Heideggerian notion of temporality in Nietzsche's early work, particularly in his concept of historicity. This statement is articulated with the problem raised by Heidegger in his 1923 lectures, where he understands historical consciousness and philosophical consciousness as determinants of what has already been interpreted: schematizing and paralyzing ways of understanding - and of existing. It is proposed that hermeneutical philosophy would respond to the need to “be awake for facticity”, in a way analogous to Nietzsche's call to live philosophically. Underlying the character of both positions is the criticism of the modern-contemporary treatment of time.
