Abstract

In this issue we want to give visibility to young researchers from the Department of Microbiology of the Faculty of Sciences. They have focused their research on various topics, from diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria and fungi in avocado cultivation, viruses that affect farmed aquaculture species to molecular epidemiology of human viruses.
