Abstract

In an article presented in issue 130 of Encounters in Biology titled ‘The cure for AIDS perhaps very close’, the possibility of addressing the treatment of this disease using tools from gene therapy was explained, presenting the hopeful results of a research work developed with more than 100 volunteers infected with AIDS
