Blue Development connects our perception of the environment by taking a step forward, by linking not only terrestrial ecosystems but also marine ecosystems and seeking not to break the systemic balance that man in his activities skews and law studies limitedly in the rigorous disciplinary projections. This volume addresses an examination of blue development focused on the Spanish port system and does so paying attention to issues related to Spanish Administrative Law, with a debate of interest and the presentation of proposals for action that aims to highlight and pay tribute to the important management of Spanish ports.
