Abstract

The different areas of competence both by reason of the matter –to which there quests for precautionary measures (fundamental rights, prevention of occupational risks, etc.)-, and by reason of the territorial scope of their application, are the central nucleus of the judgment. However, and from a more general perspective, the doctrine of the Supreme Court and the Superior CourtofJusticeofAndalusiareflecttheexceptionalnatureofthesituation and its influence when it comes to denying precautionary measures.
