Abstract

At a time when the debate is focused on the balance to form a government or on the controversy of the famous kiss of the now ex-President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, it cannot be ignored or forgotten that there are other aspects that are even more important than the media. Such is the case of the guarantee of fundamental rights.
