The use of new technologies has increased on the part of young people, this is conditioned by the way society interacts and its use to carry out different activities. The main objective of this research is to study and analyze the relationship between the Internet, video games, television and cell phone and the perception that minors have about the possible problems that the use of new technologies entails. We counted a sample of 59 students (35.6% boys and 64.4% girls), aged between 10, 11 and 12 years (Average 11.36 years and DT = .804) distributed in schools in the province of Cordoba (Spain), whose data are collected through the questionnaire detention of new addictions (DENA). The analysis of the results shows that there is a significant relationship between frequency and use with the different devices studied, as well as between the variables of each one of the blocks. In addition, the variables that have a significant relationship and those that will allow corroborating the studies examined and looking for a future projection are predicted. The implications of these findings for research and psychoeducational practice are discussed.
