Abstract

Introduction. This research analyzes the implementation of the methodology active teaching of Project Work (PBL) in the first semester of the 2019-20 academic year in the Master in Teachers of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Training Professional and Language Teaching (MAES) in the specialties Of Drawing, Image and Arts Plastics, Physical Education and Music. This initiative arises from the coordination of the MAES teaching staff and its implementation has been a challenge in an area accustomed to use traditional methodologies, conditioned by the rote academic tradition. Method. From the design, implementation and evaluation of a project around a theme common, we have promoted in our students a learning based on experience practice and the development of the competences proposed in the teaching guides of the Subjects. Results. The results offered by this study, similar to those of others Research indicates that the implementation of active methodologies in the Postgraduate studies should mark pedagogical practice, where teachers acquire
new functions, increasingly focused on facilitating learning for its students than on transmit any type of teaching.
