Resumen

The present work is a collection of essays taking up the issue over the ninety-year history of the International Labour Organization. The book particularly focuses on the first thirty years of ILO’s existence (1919-1949). The book shows both the institutional dimension of ILO’s activities as well as the practical impact of the organization in the situation of employees in different countries.
