The book examines the relationship between law and politics in twentieth-century Poland. The author pays attention to the political and legal aspects of the legitimacy of power in Poland during the last century. The author focuses on the role of law and the judiciary in shaping the political order and civil society rules in Poland after the collapse of Communism.
